For Gagosian Darbyshire was asked to produce a series of large mausoleum-look frames for this first collaboration between Damien Hirst and David Bailey. Each of the fourteen photographic works chronicle the ‘Stations of the Cross’. Darbyshire constructed large, flat fronted frames for these photographs, with a marble paint finish. Additionally on each of the frames the individual titles of Christ's accent to the Cross were engraved and then inset with gold leaf to pick out the lettering.
