Float Glass - Top quality float glass is lightweight and clear and it is a popular glass used in traditional frame making. The maximum size in 2mm thickness sheets is 1220 x 1800mm. Also available in larger sheets which are 3mm and 4mm thick.

Laminated Float comes in two thicknesses 4.4mm and 6.4mm. It is used for oversized works or where safety is important, regularly used in public spaces. Also offers a degree of UV protection, an alternate would be toughened.

TruVue® Conservation Clear glass inhibits the harmful effects of ultra violet rays and is consistently used in archival framing. It is particularly good when framing work, which might fade. Sheet sizes 1220 x 914mm or 1525 x 1016mm.

Denglas® provides low reflection, zero colour shift and high light transmission which means it is impressively clear. A 2mm thick sheet can be 1220 x 914 or 1525 x 1016mm, a 3mm sheet is 2133 x 1220mm.

TruVue® Museum Glass offers both UV and low reflective qualities. Offering protection and peace of mind it is often used in museums and on high value artworks. Sheet sizes 1220 x 914mm or 1525 x 1016mm.

Luxar has the same qualities as Museum glass but is available in larger sizes, 4.4mm and 6.4mm thicknesses. Sheet size is practically unlimited.

Plexi glass is available in both UV and standard, a portable option made from acrylic it is lightweight and has some flexibility. It is popular for travelling exhibitions or for transporting overseas. Standard sheet size for both regular and UV is 2030 x 3050mm. We also stock over sized sheets of regular 5mm plexi, which is 2500 x 3300mm.
