To create a spacious foyer and reception area at the Saatchi Gallery in County Hall to accommodate ticket sales and merchandising, along with the ability to display books and magazines. To work within the historic setting of this listed building and create an entrance with a modern slant.

Darbyshire designed and fabricated these sleek, ergonomic formica-clad reception desks, offering a versatile and elegant work environment. To either end matching steel and formica bookcases with adjustable plexi shelves have been installed, extending the clean lines and diverse options and completing a cohesive solution for the gallery entrance area.
