For Simon Townsley’s corporate sponsored project ‘Oilman’, Darbyshire was asked to frame twenty-eight colour prints each were three metres in length. The frames were required to be robust as they would be travelling to various locations.
Darbyshire made a series of sturdy large-scale white box frames. The photographs were mounted onto Capperboard® then glazed with UV perspex which was chosen for it’s lightness and durability.
